due to an internal move we are looking for someone to join a team of buyers, this is for someone with previous administrative experience within a procurement team.
Main activities:-
Carry out sourcing projects, obtain quotations, and place Purchase Orders for various commodities (goods and services), using SAP-based systems
Deal with internal customer and supplier issues relating to Purchase Orders, deliveries, invoice queries
Support the local sourcing and Commodity buyers, eg assist with supplier registrations on electronic tendering tool
Run Dunn & Bradstreet reports to monitor supplier financial health.
Production of standard reports and metrics
