A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Administrator to work within a large procurement team for a leading telecommunications company in Berkshire.

As Procurement Administrator, you will be supporting the team providing holiday cover for two weeks plus a handover. We require someone to be available to commit to this temporary assignment from 13th May to 31st May on £8- £10 per hour.

This role will be a mixed Administrative position but your main duties will be focused on the Oracle Procurement system. You will have experience using an Oracle financial system and able to process requests from internal departments to update supplier details. amend bank account information and set up new accounts on the system and complete daily oracle processes for purchase orders.

This is a really important role within the department and requires attention to detail and a can-do-attitude.

TO BE SUITABLE FOR THE ROLE:-

Oracle Financials is ideal for this role but if you have completed a similar role using a different system training can be given.
