Primary Accountabilities:

- Document a set of agreed business processes utilising prescribed process design and documentation methodologies
- Deliver agreed outputs in full on time.
- Provide process subject matter expertise and operational support to the business.
- Directly supports process architects and designers in functional area.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders and where applicable, manage key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Typically requires a relevant Degree with at least 2 years practical experience in a related work environment.
- Roles at this level are regarded as experts who will be capable of dealing with a range of moderately complex issues often requiring them to participate in designing and documenting solutions, that will be implemented by Operational employees.
- Experience in the use of CaseWise or similar process documentation tools required.
- Experience in Contract Management for partner or outsources services, Financial Services, Accounts Payable, or related financial processing desirable.
