Process Technical Writer

OUR CLIENT A LEADING AUSTRALIAN IT SERVICES COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A ISO TECHNICAL WRITER.

As technical writer you will assist in the documentation of the business through the production of policies, processes, procedures, user guides and work instructions.

You will create high quality internal documentation, such as induction modules, training packs & IOS modules which will include flowcharts in Visio, procedures and user guides.

You will develop documents which accurately reflected the business and allow the company to maintain required ISO certification

Working with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to elicit key business information and translate it into documentation, reflecting the analytical, consultation and relationship building skills necessary to produce accurate business documentation and meet deadlines

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

- Provide facilitation & consultancy services to stakeholders regarding deployment of documents
- Assist the business in the development of a greater understanding of how their processes fit into the total business view
- Edit proofread & format documentation on a daily basis
- Maintain consistency & a high standard of documentation across the business
- Publish documents on the company Intranet using Sharepoint to create & edit
- Drive implementation of processes through developed implementation plans, awareness packs, online training.

AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO20000 certification documentation
- Experience working with Visio & SharePoint
- Understanding of data flows
- Ability to turn technical processes and concepts into plain English
- Understanding of planning and construction development feasibility
