Process Technical Support Engineer

A global biotech organisation requires a Process Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. The project is a new installation of a filling inspection line. This is a role that will require previous experience in installation and qualification of vial processing equipment, filling or inspection. The Engineer operates as part of the Process Development team and will work alongside technical, engineering, manufacturing and quality colleagues.

The Role:
- To write equipment specification documents and test protocols to support the introduction, qualification and characterisation of new process equipment.
- To get involved in problem solving and troubleshooting, focussing on the use of Right First Time tools, which will include initiation and documentation of investigations.
- To identify, introduce and develop systems to support the site operations processes.
- Responsible for review and upgrade of operational documentation including batch sheets and SOPs.

Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent
- A background in Process Engineering
- Previous filling line or inspection line experience
- Forward thinking
- Analytical
- Team player
