Job Title: Process Support Technician

Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 6 months Rolling

Start Date: ASAP

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical research, development or production environment.
Recognised pharmaceutical qualification
Hands on experience using Tablet presser/Coaters

Duties/Responsibilities:

Actively participate in conducting Research & Development trials and to ensure that a scientific approach is followed during these trials.
Document all data derived from Research & Development trials in a manner suitable for inclusion in a concluding report if necessary compose a first draft of such a report.
Ensure the facilities within the trials area are maintained appropriately to conduct Research & Development trials and that a stock of materials is maintained that allows trials to be run effectively, for specific Research & Development trials only.
Offer technical assistance to the Research & Development team on how the trial will be meeting their particular requirements.
Ensure the documentation systems within trials area are followed so that Research & Development trials are conducted safely, effectively and scientifically.
Familiarise oneself with the safe and effective set up and operation of all equipment within the trials area.
Offer practical assistance where possible, to any research projects being undertaken in Research & Development.
