For our customer in the area of Zürich we are looking for a 3 months project for a Process Specialist/Service Manager Contact Centre

Tasks:
- Set up, improve and modify internal ordering processes for the Service/Contact Centre
- Coordination of providers
- Setup, improvement and modification of Asset Management
- Setup, improvement and modification of Incident Management
- Setup, improvement and modification of Capacity Management
- Setup, improvement and modification of Asset, Usage and Configuration
- Implementation of tools to improve performance
- Design and implementation of process optimisations
- Liaison between the customer and providers

Skills:
- Excellent knowledge in ITIL methodology (V3)
- Provider and Vendor Management experience
- Business management and analytical skills
- Project management skills and experience in the development of concepts
