Process Specialist (m/f)

Scope:

- Process impact analysis for all operational activities impacted by S15 such as Revenue recognition, Reconciliation, Month end closing/Year end closing, Business Rules, Product development process (PEP) and other topics
- Design future proof S15 to be processes including in close corporation with business departments and functional work streams
- Demand Management support
- Definition of activity split, workflows and process maintenance definition
- User role design
- Definition of process and activities for the interim dual reporting period (ie IAS18/IFRS15) in financial year 18/19
- Design of test scenarios, test cases and organisation of UAT
- User to Role Design and mapping
- Creation of training material and process documentations, user manuals and application guidelines

Skill set:

- Experience in the area of Finance Process documentation
- Functional expertise in one or multiple of the following finance areas: revenue recognition, billing, RTR, consolidation
- Knowledge of process modelling tools (especially ARIS) and SOX controls
- Deep knowledge and experience in SAP ERP systems
- In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams (to be of advantage)
