(Process Architecture) is responsible for designing and implementing processes linked to development of new products and services and of transformations projects. Gradually this scope is extending towards company wide coverage.
Job description
You will assist Head of Process Architecture and his team, within two domains:
For assigned projects you are as Senior Project Architect responsible to manage and to steer the virtual teams throughout the different departments, involved in developing process vision and implementation.
You will ensure implementation of this roadmap and effective management reporting on the progress. You will manage relationship with main process stakeholders and their teams during the lifetime of the project.
Experience
Proven experience as Process Expert BPM and architecture in complex environments
Proven experience proven experience in leading and implementing process transformations in or on behalf of a large company
Familiar with process methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ) and experience in documenting processes in BPMN2.0.
Profile
Proven leadership skills to manage effectively your virtual project team & your stakeholders
You feel at ease to deal with ambiguity and to handle conflicts.
You take initiatives and are result driven while thinking in terms of solutions.
You are familiar with Office tools (Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS-Project and Powerpoint), Visio and Aris Connect.
Languages: French, Dutch & English
