Description :
1. Define the current process and governance gap (not only form process point of view but also from embedding point of view) around the different test environments (T and A in DTAP).
amongst others:
> ensure the embedding of a SLA for T & A in the organization (operations and baseline) : service support, Monitoring, IM, PM,
> required configuration management process
> Embedded change management for T & A
> structured and controlled deployment process to allow for stability in't & A

2. Identify plan with key actions and outputs to close this gap, an approach to deliver these outputs needed and the efforts/costs/profiles/involvements to deliver this.

3. Drive the project track to deliver these actions and outputs to success.
