Process Quality Manager: ITIL, CSV, GxP, GAMP, Validation, IGM

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a project/Process Quality Manager to support the IGM Manager and other Project/Process Quality Managers for quality relevant topics for assigned company processes and initiatives. The successful candidate will proactively work with respective the IGM Manager and/or Business stakeholders to implement standards and policies for Information Governance and Management in Pharma.

Skills required for the role are as follows:

*5+ years of working experience, with some years with project management experience in IT
*4+ years of experience with producing Processes and other related documentation
*Understanding and knowledge of business processes in a global health care industry
*Experience in the validation of computerized systems
*Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, others an asset)
*Good understanding and knowledge of project quality management
*Excellent understanding of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, Problem management, etc.)
*Capable to producing qualified documentation based on ITIL principles
*Knowledge of the compliance regulations (GxP/GAMP, Data Privacy).
*Good understanding on best practices
*Definition of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
*Good understanding of commercial business processes and objectives
*High level of customer focus with proven problem solving skills
*Deep knowledge of one Information governance disciplines.
*Good working knowledge of IT infrastructure qualification and/or process validation.
*Specific technical knowledge and experience:
oVery good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
oGood knowledge of Visio
oMS SharePoint user and/or administrator knowledge
