Process analyst in customer, reporting and account domain,:
° Description of AS IS processes
° Narratives
° Description of To Be processes
° Implementation of new processes
° Change management linked to process improvement ( process notes,….
Typical deliverables: High Level process description, Aris, modelisation, High Level process requirements, E2E process narrative, change
management activities.
