Process Planner/Process Planning Engineer

Opportunity for Planner/Lead Engineer to join leading and successful defence organisation based near Preston.

A professional Planner able to ensure project delivery though process optimisation is required on a 6 month contract earning up to £25ph/Ltd.

A vacancy for a professional planner or lead engineer able to provide operational support on a unique project in the defence industry.

Supporting the engineering team on a large scale project enabling proper scheduling of productions, assembly and product movement.
Assessing and optimising the overall mechanical design and production process
To provide schedule and operational productivity; through support of engineering team and reporting to programme and project managers.

May have a supervisory role of a small team of professionally qualified individuals and be occasionally required to travel to other sites

Aerospace knowledge and experience would be ideal.
