Contract: 3 - 6 months

Day Rate: £150-£200

My client, a global player in the scientific industry, is actively seeking a Business Process Mapping Analyst to work on re mapping the majority of their business processes to define future processes and carry out project activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide hands-on engagement on key activities of the project (Business Process mapping of to-be process areas/steps, interfaces, etc.)
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Conduct and facilitate business user's workshops
Develop BPM documentation in an agreed format
Provide, explain and mentor to establish a business process management culture
Identify best practices and opportunities for business process improvement to improve efficiency
Resolve issues and escalate to the BPM Project manager and Change lead as necessary
Communicate clearly and concisely with key users for their input
Participate and provide input in discussions/workshops for developing/reviewing the project deliverables and provide feedback within specified time frames
Highlight any issues/risks to the BPM project manager
Responsible for learning, understanding and seeking knowledge regarding the new system.
