Process Manager with Market Development Experience (m/f)

- Work directly with the Global Market Development Funds (MDF) Manager to ensure effective administration of the Global Funds Management Processes
- Focused on delivering the highest Partner Funds Management utilization rate based by working with the regions
- Supporting on the Funds Management Program including Business system testing, creating business blueprints, new processes, communications and trainings
- Liaison between regional team and global MDF program management teams
- General operations support and enablement for MDF system and MDF process related inquiries
- Liaise with IT in issue resolution
- Define MDF rules for the program, work with Global and regional Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Document MDF program and processes as needed (including blueprinting of MDF system for IT, finance and operations teams)
- Drive partner utilization by using expiration reports and coordinating awareness/incentive programs
- Communications management; i.e. creation and distribution of reports and promotional activities
- Plan, create and conduct MDF enablement and training sessions for SAP teams and partners
- Advanced level in Market Development Funds management and administration
- Advanced level in systems management and administration
- Experience in Partner Marketing Programs development and coordination
- Understanding of indirect sales and channel marketing strategy, as well as volume business
- Strong Planning, Organizing and Coordinating abilities
- Demonstrating a keen understanding of partner needs to build regional large-scale programs, campaigns and MDF initiatives
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues involving multiple processes, teams and systems
- Proven experience in program management roles with various sales, operations and marketing groups
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary diverse teams
- Experience in delivering trainings (in person or virtually) to multidisciplinary diverse teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Able to create an efficient productive work environment providing coaching, expertise and best practices recommendations
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent Business English skills
