The Company
Consol Partners are currently looking for a Process manager/Service desk to work for our client, a large software company based south of Belgium. The client is looking to take on a process manager to work on a large-scale project. The contract length is likely to be for at least 6 months but is a long term project.
The Role
The work will be based five days on site in their main offices. They are looking for a high level process manager. You will be driving and building the integration of the ITIL processes. Improve and work with the group ITSM manager.The successful candidate will be working on a long term development. You will be required to meet them as part of the hiring process after an initial call.
The Individual
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Process management.
- ITIL certified.
- Ability to report in project mode to a technical audience
- Operational & Project experience
- Experienced IT Service Management
- Strong French language skills. (close to fluent)
