Process Manager Securities/Corporate Action (Brussels)

E2E Operations Invest is actively looking for a Process Management specialist to reinforce its Process Management team.
We decided to in-source his Corporate Actions activity, which is currently out-sourced to BGL in Luxemburg.
In this context an insourcing project has been set-up, covering the 3 dimensions : system, process and organization.
In order to ensure the Process and Change part of this project, E2E Process Management Securities needs to reinforce his team with external capacity.
Process part covering : support project with E2E business expertise on Corp. Actions, deliver process design, process documentation, process improvement, process monitoring, define KPI's, etc. Support the new operational teams with coaching and trainings on these processes.
The Job holder will be part of the Process Management stream and s/he will report to the Process Management and Project Steering/lead.

Function Description
S/He will be responsible for one or more Process Management deliverables consisting in building, with the specialists of the back-offices, the new processes and fully document them.
S/He is therefore supposed to quickly bord on :
- Understand the current way of working
- understand the needs of an insourcing project and the consequences for process management and the operational teams.

The processes to be built encompass all aspects of an E2E corporate actions services (customers, business lines, operational teams, legal & regulatory, fiscal, custody organisation, market practices, notification processes, client & securities referentials) and all major financial instruments (funds, equities and bonds).
The position requires a close interaction with the project delivery teams (IT & Change) and the people on the field in the different countries involved in the project.
The job holder should be at ease reading and, understanding existing Process documentation (in French , Dutch and English) and at drafting new documentation by the use of standard tools of the bank

Experience
Minimum of 5 years professional experience within the securities industry

Technical Experience
Preferable
Previous experience interacting with Process and operational teams
Knowledge of the tool ARIS

Business Experience
Mandatory
Corporate Actions market practices & processes
Strong knowledge and experience in securities services,
Solid experience in communication to internal and external stakeholders
Familiar with Business process flows principles & methodologies

Preferable
Experience with Processes related to Income & Payment, Custody, and fiscal regulations on securities.
