Process Manager (m/f) Service Management Datacenter Transition

We are searching for a Process Manager (m/f) Service Management Datacenter Transition
for a client in Nuremberg.

The following tasks should be done:
+ analyzing the current process landscape with focus on IT and change processes
+ determining deficits and design methods for mitigating deficits and implementing new or modified processes
+ assisting managers in assuring that existing processes are aligned to meet new requirements imposed by global IT transition projects
+ ensuring a successful handover of the operational processes to the line management throughout the transition program
+ steer the deployment of new or modified working instructions into the existing service management environment.

Must haves:
+ Well-founded knowledge of service management processes and transition projects
+ Good knowledge of transition projects and the impact on business and the IT processes
+ Ability to assess requirements and to design and align processes to enable and maintain an adequate level of process continuity and functionality
+ Good communication skills is a must as well as the ability to drive difficult issues forward
+ able to drive her/his topics in a complex environment
