Projektbeschreibung
The ILAAP Process Manager will determine the scope and the amount of ILAAP processes based on the ILAAP program documentation, interviews, workshops and existing process material. Research the impact of these issues and determine which projects already have these TO-BE processes in scope. They will determine whether additional information is necessary and system changes are to be made. The Process Manager will analyse and determine the impact for the process implementation and the maturity of those processes in terms of description, understanding, ownership (RACI), risk management and systems.
In addition the Process Manager will set-up and plan processes to be described, and implement these processes with regard to ILAAP and Liquidity Management. The Process Manager must define and manage scope, resourcing, project budget and the project plan. They must be able to manage all project resources and establish an effective communication plan. They are responsible for cross-project alignment with other projects within the ILAAP program.
The Process Manager will needs experience in a Finance, Risk and Markets environment and a business process management background.
