Process Manager/Functional SAP PM Consultant

The process manager operation of networks, is in the process domain responsible for:
- Monitoring the process vision in all ongoing and planned projects and the dependencies between these projects
- Identify the impact of changes in the organization's processes
- Analyzing and optimizing processes operation of networks
- Managing a process analyst who works in the different projects (planning, coaching, succession)
- The optimal tuning of your process changes related process areas and with all stakeholders (process owner, key users, departments, fellow process managers and IT)
- The provision of the necessary training, documentation and communication relating to the process changes

Language: preferably Dutch.

- Works accuracy, attention to detail and quality.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and follow-imposed schedule, in addition to working as a team.
- Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal
- Stress resistant
- Knowledge of the Belgian energy market, MIG6 and MIG DGO is a plus

The following specific knowledge, experience and skills are expected:

- Knowledge of operational processes
- Knowledge of SAP PM and WFM application (from a user's point of view)
- Knowledge of MS Visio
- Knowledge of SAP ISU
