-a functional and/or technical knowledge of IT infrastructure services
-a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, automation (VBA) is an added value
-analytical skills with creativity and a pragmatic attitude
-an experience with techniques like ITIL and Lean Six Sigma.

Your role

-define & Maintain the Cost Model
-ensure adequate cost charging
-coach & review Project/Program Business Cases
-identify & follow-up contractual cost saving initiatives
-facilitate & support the yearly MTP & forecasting exercises
-support benchmarking exercises
-implement Syspoints reporting
-further improve the Performance Management reporting

IT Infrastructure Services is a department of about 300 IT professionals in Belgium Within Infrastructure Services the mission of Drive is to create added value to Business Partners by visibly aligning all Infrastructure Services departments to mid- and long-term business goals.
