Process & Design Manager (SDLC) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing improvement and development of software development processes (SDLC) and global application delivery operational processes
- Defining guidelines of process management and leading process assessments
- Ensuring the convergence of application delivery process web (Documentation repository) with IT Process repository
- Planning and implementing training of the employees involved in process activities
- Consulting stakeholders and presenting process view in various steering committees
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proven expertise in process management (min. 5 years)
- Working experience in software development processes, especially SDLC/RUP
- Experience as a team leader
- Know-how of BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation)
- Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint and Visio is an advantage
- Languages: good English and German skills both written and spoken
