For our client in BASEL we are looking for a PROCESS MANAGER for a 3-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 24/09/2018 TILL 31/12/2018
LOCATION: BASEL
WORKLOAD: 80%
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The ALPIN 2.0 project is about to redefine the operating model related to Artworks (printed packaging materials - ie patient information leaflet that can be found in the drug package). Managing high number of artwork changes of Drug Products is a complex process which shall be simplified by the project. It is planned to be achieved via process simplification and interlinked best-in-class informatics infrastructure to make the systems, involved in the processes, more user-friendly and to enable an increased throughput of artworks changes. This person will be involved in the ALPIN project which is close to be implemented. The project is about implementing a new Artworks management system allowing to be more effective in Artworks management.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support End User Artworks Documentation building on a new Google site
* Define and Built a google support site for Artworks End users worldwide
* Support On line IT system tool (Walkme) development for End users
* Build On line help tool for end users using Walkme
* Document Walkme support tool
* Coordination of several Teams to align information
* Deliver the required information to the project Manager
MUST HAVES:
* +5 years of experience in process support
* Experience in Building end user support infrastructure
* End users support oriented person
* Good practice of IT tools like (Google tools, Microsoft )
* Experience in writing and publishing documentations
* Business English
* Good communication skills
* Good Teamplayer
NICE TO HAVE:
++ Walkme experience and Knowledge
++ German
