Roles/Responsibilities of the Process Manager

1. You will define the process strategy for his process group & define the high level process architecture
2. You will set up the business objectives for your process group & translate them into key performance indicator to allow the right level of monitoring and tracking of the process performance. Guarantee the overall efficiency of the processes by organizing process review & approval session involving the right level of the company responsible to make sure that the processes are well documented and published on the relevant site.
4. As a process manager you will analyse the process performance, identify weaknesses, conduct root cause analysis, use advanced statistical tool to correlate issues and correlate problems, come with an action plan to improve the process on short/ long term.
5. You will be response for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the process by making sure that the framework implemented to design, implement and improve process ( BMP, Lean methodology, Six Sigma, continuous improvement) are well follow up and by organizing regular lessons learned after each important phase of the process design/implementation.
6. You will lead improvement projects by setting up goals, defining the approach, staffing the project team and driving the project from Kick-off till implementation.
7. Organize benchmark to compare the efficiency of our Business Process with best reference on the market to trigger new idea and accelerate the maturity of the Business Process Framework within the client.
8. As a process manager your are responsible for the deployment of the process through the whole company by building training material with the support of the product manager/BSO and organizing trainings sessions or/and information for all the impacted parties.
9. You will interact with the IT/engineering department to make sure that his process group is automated as much as possible & is well integrated in the IT/network architecture and that key performance indicators are produced
10. You will define the yearly audit program for your product group & conduct regular audit to detect any deviations or new idea of improvement & trigger the initiative to implement extra corrective/preventive initiatives.
12. You will report during Steering Committee results of internal audit & process performance measurements and formulate process improvement initiatives to be launched and roll out in order to improve the results of the company.

Your Profile:
•Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, by preference within IT or Telecom
•Proven analytical and strategic capabilities
•In addition to your drive for results, you are a leader and an excellent communicator by nature
•Fluent in English.
