Process Manager

The purpose for the Process manager role is to manage and improve a specific process through the whole life cycle from inception, design, implementation, maintenance and phase out as applicable. To do this the Process manager will normally need to lead a team of people involved in the process (the Process Team).
The process manager is responsible for:
Driving process development as decided by the process owner
Creating and maintaining process improvement plans
Providing advice to strategic management planning based on process capabilities
Setting up and guiding a process team, facilitating process team meetings
Setting up and facilitating cross-process meetings to work on interfaces between processes
Chairing process change meetings
Creating process training and communications plans
Assessing, monitoring and reporting process performance and adherence
Communicating goals, status, progress, roadmaps and decisions related to the process to all relevant parties
Ensuring that performance KPIs are met
Identifying, driving, supporting, informing and following up process improvements
Monitoring implementation of process changes and new processes (as applicable) and carrying out corrective actions where necessary
Securing process documentation in accordance with directives, process standards and key principles # Securing alignment of the process with end-product requirements and business model
Providing process expertise and process training to support the line organization
Input to decisions and plans at the process owner level
Sharing good practice with other process managers
Escalating of major process deviations to the process owner
Securing and driving the governance structure for the process
