PROCESS MANAGER

KEY SKILLS:

- Define process development strategy and roadmap on behalf of process owner and align with business strategies
- Organize process team network. Lead process teams and developers working with process development
- Train in process management and process framework
- Define process measurements, KPI:s and measurement reports according to process owner directives in order to track the implementation and performance of the process
- Identify process improvements
- Lead process improvement based on targets, internal and external best practices, outcome of the measurements, audits and benchmark
- Manage business change requests (CRs)
- Define requirements on IS/IT tools supporting the process
- Assure process deployment by providing process documentation, relevant training and support
- Contribute to the development of our costumers defined common process management framework
- Interfaces and networking with different key stakeholders, internal and external to (Interfacing Process Managers, Process Owners, Process Developer network, Corporate Process Governance, Process &IT Community,
- Critical competencies for the position
- Very good knowledge of automotive Operations Business processes, related to Produce Processes within automotive industry and manufacturing industry, Re-manufacturing and plant internal logistics processes. Understanding of process dependencies and interfaces to other processes
- A strategic mindset and experience from process development within different business positions in the operational area
- Project Management and Change Management experience
- Willingness and ability to travel

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Process Manager, you will have the responsibility to develop and maintain the Produce processes level 2, in alignment with business strategies in order to reach the process targets and wanted characteristics on behalf of the Process Owners. The scope of Produce is the manufacturing processes within automotive. Plant Internal logistics processes are also included. You will report to the Director Business Process Management. 

MAIN TASKS:

- To support Process Owners in definition and further developing the processes to implement synergies, increase process efficiency and adaptability.
- To animate and support Business Process excellence and improvement process
- To secure Process definitions and process interfaces for the processes owned and managed within Group Truck Operation
- Create awareness and understanding of the Process Management Vision, Process Management Principles and ongoing PM activities among stakeholders through efficient communication.
