Process Lead - UK Operating Model

On behalf of my Utilities client based in Warwick I have an opportunity for a Process Lead for 6 months.

Job purpose:
It would be your responsibility to provide expertise, and an escalation and resolution point for customers and the outsourced providers regarding resourcing specific issues relating to the UK Operating Model review to ensure quality and timely resourcing service to the business. To monitor and liaise with external service providers to ensure services are delivered within agreed standards

Key Tasks:
- To provide subject matter expertise and technical support on transactional resourcing processes.
- Project Management of all HR Operations activity resulting from the HR Operating Model review.
- Be seen as a process expert with a thorough understanding of Resourcing policies and processes.
- Ensure quality management and process excellence are Embedded in resourcing processes.
- Proactively resolve customer queries, in line with the agreed escalation procedure.
- Co-ordination, guidance and review of work undertaken by Process Co-ordinators (HR Admin).
- Liaison with other Process Leads to ensure a coherent customer focussed service is offered across the resourcing team.
- Evaluate and manage impacts of predicted resourcing volumes and allocate work accordingly within team.

Experience required:
- Demonstrate significant resourcing and restructuring experience and expertise.
- Ability to interpret policy and create efficient and effective transactional processes.
- Effective stakeholder and customer management and communications.
- Previous experience of supporting the management of external supplier contracts.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
- Professional HR related qualification preferred or significant resourcing/contract experience
