Process Lead for huge Multi-National Company

My client is launching an exciting new global initiative aimed at simplifying registration processes across the board

THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN WESTERN EUROPE BUT IS MOST LIKELY TO BE EITHER WARSAW, PARIS, LONDON, BRUSSELS OR AMSTERDAM

As a result my client is looking for a Process Lead to lead a team in a subject matter expert capacity.

The role will cover 2 key areas
- Back up for lead business analyst
- Supporting EMEA programs

Key responsibilities will include

Giving presentations and seminars to users and clients
Provide process flows
Troubleshooting
Establishing capability of the delivery teams
Also to act as a subject matter expert on new tools
Supporting the EMEA program and promotion team with the setup and maintenance of programs and promotions.
Become a commerce expert as part of the role
Forecasting
Oversee deliverables

Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, organisation and communication skills a must
Self-driven individual: ability to work/act independently and think fast
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, commerce tools would be a plus
Exposure to Agile Project Mgt methodology would be an additional plus
Comfortable presenting to senior executives
