Process Lead

An excellent opportunity for a Process Lead to join a leading UK energy company on a contract basis. Our client is looking for this individual to lead and manage the delivery of a high stake project involved in the mass rollout of a new product to the UK marketplace

Applications are sought from those with the following experience:

- Experience of the UK utility industry or associated industries, with an appreciation of one or more of the following work management, industry data flow management (gas & elec), asset management, exception management and data analysis
- Efficient time management. Ability to deliver to tight timelines and to required quality standards.
- Candidate should be able to work freely with internal and external parties across the SMP team and effectively manage stakeholders
- Risk and issue management, especially in relation to Solution Requirements and Design Decisions.
- Experience of the end to end project life cycle (design, build, test and deliver)
- Experience of process design tools (eg ARIS, Mega, Visio) during detailed design and requirement management techniques
- Experience of facilitating with ability to run workshops and meetings
- Ability to produce high quality documentation (processes, requirements, position papers etc)
