Role Purpose:

Lead change and improvement across estimation, bid and initiation process enabling robust, correct working of these processes translating into benefits and improvements within the organisations delivery.

Key Skills Required:

Experience of:

- Delivering Process Improvements; particularly Estimation and Initiation within Software Delivery and Project Delivery
- Leading and driving change across Matrix teams
- Have a Holistic, wide ranging approach to improvement and change

Essential Skills:

- Corporate level change leadership - analysis, design, implementation and embedding
- Ability to manage manage Matrix resources to complete tangible change - to time and budget
- Excellent Interpersonal, stakeholder skills - team level to manager/head of and director level
- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams: solutions teams, product, finance, assurance and delivery stakeholders
