- Contributing to CMMI initiatives on R
- Contributing to ISO initiatives;
- Functional contribution to PMO tooling: documentation management, PPQA automation;
- Provision of training, eLearning and coaching;
- Maintain the eCommerce Academy training program;
- Monitoring the organization adherence to the defined methodology (PPQA).
You should have:
- Technical Engineering Degree and Master in Quality;
- Six Sigma/CMMI (or similar) Certifications is a plus; Technical & Functional Skills
- Project management skills:
- CMMI Model
- Agile (SCRUM, Kanban);
- SharePoint;
- VBA; Job Experience
- Minimum 5 years either in Software Development:
- Software engineering experience;
- Experience in a Quality department (nice to have);
- Trainer experience (nice to have)
