Process Improvement Consultant Job

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT CONSULTANT to join our client, a world leader in the healthcare industry, located in Ridgefield, CT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides support for Research Continuous Process Improvement program including training, coaching, leading projects, and supporting business analysis for IT projects
- Provides general consulting on the Research CPI deployment
- Support and conduct business analysis related to Information Technology solutions
- Manage (educate and inform) the business project sponsors
- Facilitate requirements collection/documentation and business alignment across a consolidated set of requirements
- Manage business team project plan in collaboration with IS Project Manager
- Schedule and manage all team meetings, keep minutes and next steps
- Manage and communicate action item tracker
- Communicate to local stakeholders and Bio-therapeutics Program Manager any project issues or tasks that are at risk
- Create and maintain all project documentation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ten (10) years of experience in delivering successful improvement projects to desired milestones and outcomes as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt specializing in transactional processes, required
- Considerable experience working with Business and Information Technology Stakeholders to review requirements, define project objectives, and review status and issues
- Experience engaging, knowledgeable Lean Six Sigma trainer, plus Train-the-trainer and coaching experience
- Demonstrated expertise in training development
- Strong knowledge of various Project Management best practices, tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated Change management expertise
- CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
