Process Improvement Consultant is required by our global client based in Amsterdam. We are looking for a Process Improvement specialist to help improve efficiencies in our client's customer journey, PMO and business services areas.
We need a Consultant with the following experience:
- Experience of reviewing current reporting frameworks within a large organisation
- Strong experience of identifying improvements to existing and potential processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and negotiation skill set
- Proven track record of CI
- Experienced within process analysis and ensuring that you are motivated in making a difference by improving experience, reducing costs, meeting all regulatory obligations and building a controlled environment
- Strong analytical skill set
- Experience of the full end to end project life cycle
- Process reengineering and awareness of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience of working within an Agile/Scrum
