Familiar with Lean methodology and experienced in leading large scale projects working across multiple functional groups. Extensive business process improvement skills, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in metrics analysis and be able to analyze large amounts of data. Must possess excellent verbal, written, persuasion and selling skills as well as strong presentation and leadership skills. Ability to work with senior management and with functional and site leaders to identify, develop and deploy process improvements. Develops and delivers quality and process improvement training modules. Coaches and mentors others leading improvement projects. Ideal candidate will also have experience in project management and/or medical coding and revenue cycle.
Must have experience in healthcare - ideal if it is in healthcare finance/revenue cycle.
Scope of the project: Run PI projects, mentor staff on PI, analyze data, possibly run projects

Top 5 daily responsibilities: meetings, analysis, documentation, Process Improvement tools and implementation, oversight of metrics and projects
