PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD: The Change Management professional is responsible for performing change management activities in order to meet business goals. As a resource assigned to a high profile initiative s/he is responsible for implementing change management methodologies consistent with the organization's strategy, applying processes, education curricula, and tools required and teaches other professionals to use them successfully.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
- Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Be an active and visible coach to initiative owner/leader.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience with change management or a related field (Org Design/Effectiveness, Teaching, Communications, Project Management, etc.)
- Experience with change management principles and methodologies (process redesign, job/role/organization design, marketing or communication, training/performance support, and/or organizational readiness)
- Experience building and implementing change management tools, documents, and curricula including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communications plans, training strategies, and measurement of change readiness and adoption to widely varied audiences
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time for business purposes
- Experience in identifying operational process issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Lean process improvement expertise with deep understanding of lean six sigma tools such as: Value Stream Maps, SIPOC's, RACI, Control Plan, Fishbone Diagraming
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels and audience sizes within an organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Sensei certified
- Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
- Experience in developing and delivering curricula to educate an audience
