Process Improvement Analyst Six Sigma - Dublin
Short term project

Daily rate: EUR350-400 per Day

Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a Six Sigma (6 Sigma) Green or preferably Black Belt professionals to join a global online advertising platform/search and media platform leader (leading innovator in all things digital!) on a project based in their EU HQ - Dublin (State of the art facilities and awesome culture)

As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying areas of inefficiency, measuring the current process by collecting and analysing relevant data, optimizing efficiency and identifying how technology can eliminate the need for human intervention. You will be closely with the project manager and assisting Yellow Belts in up-skilling.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with global sales operations and sales teams to identify and assess productivity bottlenecks
- Provide process excellence leadership by leading medium to large scale improvement projects that cross functional areas
- Lead and consult on project implementations and support business areas to manage changes within the larger organization.
- Provide leadership and direction as a subject matter expert on the application of Six Sigma methods
- Train and coach Green and Yellow Belts; Assist Belts in preparation for gate reviews and challenge Belts on technical application of problem solving tools to improve project results.

Requirements:

- 5-6 years of relevant experience either via IT, business analysis or operational management
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Analytical mind that is capable of structured analysis of data, together with ability to synthesize data into useful formats bringing actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills; experience using structured, formal project management methods is preferred
- Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities; experience of working with a sales team and understanding the sales process is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
- Strong Microsoft Excel modelling skills (pivot tables, functions, macros); Strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Executive level presentation skills
- Technical degree or related preferred but not required
- Active user of Internet and online applications
- Capacity for critical thinking and analysis
- Strong attention to detail, ability to drive multiple initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic - team player
