Process Improvement Analyst - 6 week contract - Dublin. You will be responsible for identifying areas of inefficiency, measuring the current process by collecting and analysing relevant data, optimising efficiency and identifying how technology can eliminate the need for human intervention.
To be successful, your process excellence and project management expertise should be a blend of evangelism, empathy, conflict negotiation skills, and a passion for driving projects through to completion. You must be able to push the envelope in business/product creativity, open to accepting different points of view, and pragmatically implement ideas. You should be a self-starter, have strong passion for complicated business challenges, work well with ambiguity, embrace change, and thrive in a start-up environment. You will be part of the virtual engagement team and will be involved wherever appropriate in presentations to, and discussion with, top management, or the sales teams themselves.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience either via IT, business analysis or operational management
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt). - Analytical mind that is capable of structured analysis of data, together with ability to synthesize data into useful formats bringing actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills; experience using structured, formal project management methods is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities; experience of working with a sales team and understanding the sales process is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results.
- Strong Microsoft Excel modelling skills (pivot tables, functions, macros); Strong PowerPoint skills a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Executive level presentation skills.
- Technical degree or related preferred but not required
