- Very good understanding of local, legal requirements, preferably able to communicate with local authorities
- Solid business and ERP know how in Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales
- Speaking/understanding local language
- Able to conduct roll-in meetings and tests with customer
- Preferably experience with writing market requirement, specification, and in communication with a software
development team - Able and willing to learn the fundamentals of a new mid-market ERP solution within a short time frame
