ROLE
- Process SME is to focus on process design and process improvements for our client's Managed Services delivery and will work within Process Automation' area. Role will require liaison with Business analysts, Solution Architects, Business Function experts and Process modelers who will be using ARIS for process documentation.
- Manage the complete development of efficient and usable processes in line with business requirements and Service delivery strategy
- Support process architecture design in ARIS
- As per MSTOP, describe process concepts, develop Level 3 (and extended) process flows, description process Level 4 instructions
- Analyse potential process automation
- Provide training associated with respective processes training modules
- Will be responsible for a set of processes
- Secure overall compliance with client's process management definitions and ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards (eg eTOM, ITIL, TL 9000, ISO 27001, CMMi - SVC, etc)
- Drive tools specification to support process definitions
- Secure compliance with the overall MSTOP framework
- Support process deployment with specific expertise
- Conduct First Office Application for processes
- Secure wiki information accuracy on all pages
- Role will involve planning activities and meetings to develop processes in scope. Participate in Workshops for process architecture design. Design processes in scope for the specific Business Function from level 3 to level 4, including training material and all necessary definitions. Produce documents, descriptions, presentations as per MSTOP process library. Manage meetings/workshops to present and approve proposal of process concepts, workflows or changes. Conduct training of respective processes. Define process KPI´s and acceptance criteria for respective processes. Analyze potential process automation. Produce reports required by Process Automation stream.

REQUIRED SKILLS
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- At least 5 years of experience with managed services and operations preferably with external experience acquired working for telecoms operators. Desirable: previous experience in performance improvement
- Technical knowledge, NW/IT Infrastructure
- Existing tools supporting IT/Telecom Operations
- University or Technical degree on Telecom Engineering or equivalent experience in Managed Services delivery or Telecom operations
- Good understanding of business requirements
- Background from Infrastructure Operations and monitoring centers within telecom and/or IT industry
- Familiarity with eTOM, ITIL, TL9000 and other quality standards
- Training skills
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated and show initiative. Team working skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer and results focus. High concern for quality. Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills. Passion and desire to drive improvement.

CONTRACT
The contract has an initial duration of 6 months with likelihood of extension.
