For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PROCESS EXCELLENCE CHANGE LEADER - WEALTH MANAGEMENT (4977)

This Wealth Management program is a strategic program. It aims to optimize key processes front to back across Wealth Management and Compliance. Main levers in the optimization of processes are Traditional process optimization, process automation (Robotics).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A PROJECT MANAGER OR CONSULTANT, WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN LEADING CHANGE TEAMS
- 4+ YEARS OF CHANGE/TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
- PROVEN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION, TARGET OPERATING MODEL DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM), AGILE
- The necessary gravitas to network and build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels
- Good understanding of Operational Processes within the financial industry
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF "LEAN 5 LENSES" AND/OR CERTIFICATION IN LEAN OR SIX SIGMA
- ABILITY TO TRAVEL AT LEAST 25%

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead Process Excellence initiatives which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design, to deliver quantifiable effectiveness and efficiency benefits
- Ensure a consistent way of leveraging the banks Process Excellence Way
- Identify transformational levers across the 5 lenses
- Lead opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborate with Digital Process Excellence engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Coach key stakeholders on their role as Lean Managers within the Lean Management system
- Coach project teams on tools and methods deployment, and help Line Managers with the consistent implementation of the banks Process Excellence Way
