JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Work with senior management and with functional and site leaders to identify, develop, and deploy process improvements
- Develops and delivers quality and process improvement training modules
- Coaches and mentors others leading improvement projects

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree OR 6 years' experience in a directly related field
- Lean Six Sigma - IASSC Black Belt
- Minimum 8 years of operations, process improvement, consulting, or related business experience
- Familiar with Lean methodology and experienced in leading large scale projects working across multiple functional groups
- Extensive business process improvement skills
- Proficient in statistics software and able to analyze large amounts of data
- Excellent verbal, written, persuasion, and selling skills as well as strong presentation and leadership skills

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- Lean Six Sigma - IASSC Black Belt Required Six Sigma - Healthcare (Master Certificate)
- BPI certification
- Health care or insurance experience
- Claims process experience
- Experience with EPIC Tapestry UM/AP business computer applications
- Experience working on projects with a National Program implementation team, while also addressing the needs of the local business stakeholders
