Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager (Process) Warrington £30,000 - 50,000 Huxley Associates and a key EPC Client are looking to recruit a Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager on a permanent basis, owing to succession planning within the business and an increasing order book for 2013 - 15. As a Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager, you will have strong experience in the process industry with Project Management skills. You will be responsible for supporting the Projects Director in the conceptual design, detailed design, construction & installation on various projects. The Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager position requires knowledge of chemical or industrial process design and engineering techniques. You will be responsible for planning and independent working, requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. Devise new approaches to problem solutions, prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practises and client and/or in-house standards. The duties of the Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager are as folows: - Conceptual designs and process development reports - Block Flow Diagrams (BFD) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD). - Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). - Process engineering calculations. - Material and energy balances. - Basis of design process scope documents. - Equipment layouts. - Process equipment specifications, data sheets, and bid evaluations. - User Requirement Specifications (URS). - Project status reports and programs. - Equipment lists, line lists, and tie-in lists. You will be fully qualified to degree or postgraduate level in an engineering discipline or strength in experience and ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience of Proven Engineering Management Experience within an Engineering Environment and experience within a Multi-disciplinary Engineering team. For the successful Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager, a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 is on offer. This role is based in the Warrington area and is easily commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, Chester & Cheshire.
