Process Engineer - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Process Engineer sought by our global Pharmaceutical client for their manufacturing site on Merseyside.

This is a contract role initially for 6 months

Your role as process engineer will be to develop effective processes to improve the manufacture of pharmaceutical products.

You will therefore support the normal daily manufacturing operations as well as implementing process safety management solutions troubleshooting is a standard and regular element of the role and you will be confident with the use of Six Sigma and root cause analysis techniques.

You will also support the optimisation of capital projects from concept through to commissioning.

To be successful you will ideally have a chemical engineering degree, be an experienced and strong project manager and a great problem solver. You will have good interpersonal skills within a engineering or manufacturing process team ideally as a lead engineer.

You may already have process safety management involvement and it is expected that you will have previous Pharmaceutical or food management manufacturing experience.
