Process Engineer New Assembly line

DURATION: 6 MONTHS +

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH AND DUTCH

INTRODUCTION: The development of proprietary technology, a.o. piezo based printhead technology. While most of the parts are produced externally, assembly and testing is done in-house. For this in-house assembly we need to engineer and industrialize a multitude of processes and process tooling.

To supplement the assembly team we are looking for a process engineer (chemical engineering, materials science).

POSITION'S MAIN TASKS: - Design and engineering of assembly processes: - Application of glues/cleaning, handling and positioning of critical parts/curing of glues (in clean rooms) - Description and procurement of process tooling for pilot plant

REQUIRED AREA OF EDUCATION: Chemical engineering, design and procurement of process tooling

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Experience with design and engineering of (Back End/electronics packaging) assembly processes. Experience to describe results into requirements for processes and tooling. Experience with definition and procurement of pilot plant equipment

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS: Problem driven, solution oriented Accurate Critical Independent
