Process Engineer (Micro Assembly)

I am looking for a Process Engineer (Micro Assembly) for our client in Venlo area. This is a position at least 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Project Description:

As a Process Engineer your main work focus is on developing processes to accurate positioning parts during the assembly of our new MEMS-printheads.

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

- About 4 plus years proven experience as a Process Engineer in the field of Micro Technology industry
- Experience with Back End/packaging processes, process engineering
- Experience and knowledge of processes for micro assembly (die bonding and thin layer adhesives)
- You are able to translate results into requirements for processes and tooling.
- Experience with 6 sigma/Minitab/JMP to evaluate results
