Process Engineer Job

PROCESS ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in the Mission Bay Area of San Francisco, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Tablet Processing
- High Shear Granulation
- Extrusion

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Include but not limited to performing and maintaining Catalyst Production Process, which includes extrusion, tablet processing, high shear granulation, oscillation and milling of powders.
- You will also work with large scale synthesis, filtration, weighing of chemicals, characterization of material through various analytical instruments, equipment cleaning, equipment preventive maintenance, maintaining batch records and SOP's, ordering supplies and receiving of materials.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant industrial experience in lab or manufacture setting
- Knowledge or experience of process scale manufacturing and Sop's is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable with working with chemicals and large liquid volumes.
