PROCESS ENGINEER - FRENCH SPEAKER
Are you looking to progress your career in the biopharmaceutical industry? Do you have process engineer/technical transfer background in a GMP environment?
Our client, one of the most well respected biopharmaceutical companies, is looking for an exceptional engineer to join their technical process engineering team. This is a great opportunity to develop skills and experience in the growing biopharmaceutical industry. This role will be focused on the fill finish expansion of the site, including set up, new product introduction, and technology transfer.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day to day operational support
- Monitoring of equipment performance data.
- Development, deployment and delivery on improvement opportunities with tangible results.
- Liaise with all Engineering Teams (Facilities, Metrology, Projects, Automation and Validation) in the delivery of engineering excellence through collaboration.
- Provide technical & guidance to Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities and other engineers working on Fill Finish Capacity Expansion.
- Scale-up and technology transfer project support
- Process development programme design, execution and implementation
- To work as part of a highly focused and integrated Engineering operations Team in a Sterile Manufacturing environment.
- Execute Process activities to schedule and to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Delivery of key performance metrics within Fill Finish
KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Degree in Chemical, Industrial or equivalent Engineering discipline
- Fluent English & French is essential
- Advanced degree in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy or related science discipline considered an advantage
- 6-8 years' relevant experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
- Design of Experiment and associated statistical techniques
- Strong report-writing and verbal communication skills
- Research skills
- Innovation and creativity skills
- Project management skills
- Structured Problem-solving skills - Statistical
