Process Engineer - Chemical

My client are looking for a process engineer to join their established team across multiple projects. Tell me more about the role: You will be carrying out key process design tasks aross serveral existing projects. You will ensure that the work carried out is devlivered in a cost effective and timely manner, in line with national Health and Safety standards. You will be happy (and experienced!) working autonomously or occasionally leading a team of engineers on smaller scale projects. So what will you be doing? * Carry out equipment and line sizing calculation * Ensure Safety, Health Environmental protection are inherent in the process engineering design * Ensure process design is consistent with current standards/directive and local developments, including Customer standards * Responsible for ensuring quality of process design deliverables produced, including checking work of others * Prepare process flowsheets, P&IDs and process datasheets (Equipment, Instruments, Relief Valves, etc) for projects during the execution period. What do you need? * Four years or more experience of process engineers design or process plant operations * Sound technical knowledge of the requirements neccessary in relation to process engineering desing * Clearley demonstrated abilty to work both autonomously and as part of a team of all sizes Qualifications: * Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering * Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering If you're interested in this role please apply with your CV, or call Emma Raftery on 0161 227 4403 for a confidential chat.
