Process Engineer - West Midlands

My client is looking for a process Engineer to join their team at a leading manufacturer within the automotive industry in the West Midlands.

The successful Process Engineer will be looking at the analysis and design of detailed assembly processes based on customer products and specifications. Key responsibilities include analysis and design or assembly processes, including method of assembly (tooling/mechanical handling/ automation/manual) and process and engineering change, whilst keeping company costs down.

Ergonomics and legal legislation is advantageous.

The Process engineer should have good mechanical engineering knowledge and have a background or experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate would also have a working knowledge of Catia V5 & Ideas or Autocad and an understanding of Robcad or cell design. BIW is also essential.

This is a brilliant opportunity to for a Process engineer to work is a busy environment for a leading automotive manufacturer, and to be an important part of a team.

The contract is initially on a 6 month contract.
