Process Engineer

Projektbeschreibung
For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for new consultants for PROCESS ENGINEER positions (Junior, Senior, Expert) for a minimum of 2 years as our client has a preference for candidates interested in long term contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of IT Process engineering based on recognized methodologies (eg CMMI, ISO9000, Agile/Lean)
- Certified ISO 9000 Auditor (minimum ISO9001-2008, preferably ISO9001-2015)
- Knowledge of CMMi process implementation (minimum at Maturiy Level 3)
- Certified as a minimum on introduction to CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC, preferably Intermediate Concepts of CMMI
- Experience with Process Maturity Review
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for infrastructure or application management related projects
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Certification in AGILE methods (preferably SAFe)
- Knowledge of IT technical skills (Platform, Software, Languages, Network)
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Development Methodologies
- Being able to Identify Process improvements and implement the recommendations
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis methods (eg Ishikawa, Toyoda)
- Experience with consise reporting on Process execution and with proposing innovative solutions to execute the Processes as efficiently as possible
- Being able to coach and provide directions to Process users and Process Owners
- Experience with training about Process concepts and solutions
- Experience in assisting Process users (Service Delivery Managers, Change Managers, developers ) in the execution of the Processes
- Experience with Building Procedures and Work Instructions to execute the Processes
- Experience in Process Modelling and Technical Writing
- Experience in Process Deployment and continuous improvement (Six Sigma DMAIC)
- Experience with Process Measurement (Statistics and Measurements)
- Experience with Quantitative Analysis Techniques (eg Six Sigma)
- Experience with Process Mining
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with project stakeholders (users, architects, developers, testers, support teams)
